Poor lu . I just drove down to sayville and bought a lovely water mellon at a great farm stand , oh , they said they would have long island corn by july 4th. Long Island corn is so good . Then it was off to the pork store for a rice ball for lunch and a discussion of prices on rib steak prices . This pork store has the finest meats I've ever gotten and I include Manhattan butchers I've been to in that assessment. Lah de dah, the foods are so good here on wonderful long island . I'll think of you Lu when I scarf down a rib steak . allan
