My new dog "tooth"

I adopted this odd looking dog from the pound a few days ago . No one else wanted him so being a nice guy I took him . Strange thing is since i got him my old cat has disappeared and I haven't seen sparky in awhile either tho I did find some hanks of black hair and skin on my back deck .
