1973 Triumph stag

This is that stag I was talking about Nag . I've actually never seen one except in pictures . There are stag collectors out there . One of the interesting things about the stag is they have a V-8 engine ( it might be a ford engine) and are fast as hell . I might be wrong but I think the TR7 also has a big V-8 in it ( the wedge ) . I've always hated the looks of the wedge . anyway thats the stag . allan

Reality and fantasy

Oh Jesus , another beauty just came up on ebay

This one is a 1959 TR3A and its a real beauty too . I like the red interior on it . The other one has wire wheels which are nice but can be a pain in the ass . The old style wire wheels on these cars are suppose to have the spokes tightened periodicaly or the wheels get woobly . I found this out when I was a kid and a car I had was driving weird and I checked the wheels and the spokes were all loose . Of course tightening spokes has to be done right (much like balancing the wheels ) . Of course they may have loosened up when I was a kid because I used to drive the sports cars I had like I was in the Grand Prix so maybe they dont normally have to be tightened . anyhow , i like this one too . When I finally buy a TR3 it has to be white . It's a long story why it just has to be . allan

This is a terrific example of a 1960 Triumph TR3A . I wear shades like that guy has on and a hat too . I could get that exact hat at my hardware store being its a ACE hardware . If I trimmed my beard like this guy I could look almost like him . I need this car . It's over on ebay for sale . I'll have to wait for a bit but hopefully in the next year I can afford to waste money on a nice TR3 like this . Time will tell, allan
